Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from TotalPlanInvest under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You may return or exchange any unworn, unused, and undamaged item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories included. Watches must not have been worn or altered in any way.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with your return shipment.
- Ship the Item: Once you have the Return Authorization, carefully pack the item with all original documents and ship it back to us using the provided instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Restocking Fee

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another item, the process will be similar to a return. You will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement watch. Any price differences between the items will be processed at the time of the exchange.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item under our standard return policy.
Order Errors
